We are recruiting English-speaking recent graduates, in order to help us create strategies and implement creative, innovative, and track online PR campaigns. The candidate must have some experience in working with blogging, social networks, and online communities and must also have the ability to write high-impact texts and have the instinct or knowledge to find new platforms and key customers.
You will also be working closely with our Digital Department by corresponding with our ebook distributors, transferring files and creating metadata using ONIX software, and performing other administrative tasks related to ebooks.
You would participate in a twelve month contract renewable in our Saigon office. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is required. Applicants should be motivated and organised, have initiative and be eager to develop new projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a publishing and marketing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy - very comfortable with Microsoft Excel and willing to learn to use ONIX software
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented, hard-working and calm under pressure
- You will need skills and some specific knowledge of online medium and social networking tools (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, blogs, and other programs)
- Web marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Amazon Affiliate programs, etc.)
- Ability to compose sales letters to customers and promotional texts
WORK WILL BE DONE IN FOUR AREAS:
1. Our ebook platform
2. Parkstone International’s Ebooks
3. Creating and implementing a marketing strategy
4. Preparing for and attending International Book Fairs
COMPENSATION:
Partial airfare reimbursement following probationary period (first two months).
Salary (to be communicated on application)
Complete medical insurance coverage.
Long-term visa fees covered for the duration of the contract.
